Hi, I’m Dr. Corrine.
I’m a counselor, counselor educator and EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training™ (CIT). I offer individual EMDR consultation for clinicians who have completed basic training.
You may know the protocol and still have questions that are hard to work through on your own. Preparation may be more complicated than expected, progress may have stalled, or you may be unsure where to focus next. Consultation offers space to examine that uncertainty with specific feedback.
My background connects EMDR, mindfulness, body-centered perspectives, crisis response and therapeutic gaming. We can start with the question you’re facing and consider what these perspectives add to your clinical reasoning.

Room to Think Through the Work
Bring a focused question and relevant de-identified case material. We’ll look at your reasoning, the client’s responses and the choices you’re considering. The goal is to connect our discussion to a decision you’re facing.
We’ll agree on the purpose of consultation before beginning and return to your goals as the work develops. Any use of recordings requires an agreed process addressing privacy and necessary consent.
My Work
My background includes community counseling, mobile crisis response and private practice. At Tall Grass Therapy, I’ve provided individual and couples counseling, mindfulness classes and therapeutic gaming groups.
As a counselor educator, I’ve taught graduate courses in somatic approaches, relationships and LGBTQ+ counseling, alongside Mindful Living for undergraduate and graduate students. I’ve also developed curricula and supervised doctoral teaching interns.
My doctoral research explored queer joy among trans women and trans femme geeks. It informs my attention to clients’ experiences of identity, connection and belonging.
